We do not recommend, endorse, or vouch for any professional listed here. Always conduct your own due diligence and verify a professional's standing directly with CICC (canada.ca) or OMARA (mara.gov.au) before engaging their services.

immi.directory is a directory of public register data only. We are not a party to any engagement between you and a listed professional, and we are not responsible for the services, advice, conduct, fees, or outcomes of any professional. A listing is not an endorsement or recommendation.

Accuracy of listings

Professional listings are sourced from public government registers. We update these periodically but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. Registration status, contact details, and other information may be out of date. The official registers at CICC and OMARA are the authoritative sources. We accept no liability for decisions made based on information displayed on this site.

Reviews

Reviews are submitted by members of the public and are not verified by immi.directory. We do not endorse any review. By submitting a review you warrant that it is truthful, based on genuine experience, and does not contain false, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful content. We reserve the right to remove any review that we reasonably determine violates these Terms or applicable law, without notice. Submitting a false or defamatory review may expose you to legal liability.

Review disputes: Professionals who have claimed their profile may flag any review for moderation. We investigate flagged reviews and remove those that are demonstrably false or defamatory. We do not remove reviews solely because they are negative. Moderation decisions are made within 10 business days.

Profile claims

By claiming a profile you confirm that you are the registered professional named on the listing. Claiming a profile you do not own is prohibited and may result in legal action. Claimed profiles that contain false information will be suspended. Self-reported information (bio, photo, languages) is published at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The immi.directory name, logo, design, and original content are the property of IMMI.TV PTY LTD. Government register data (professional names, credentials, registration status) is sourced from public records and is not claimed as our intellectual property. Review text is licensed to us by reviewers under a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to display, moderate, and remove.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, IMMI.TV PTY LTD excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from use of this site, reliance on any listing or review, or any decision made based on information displayed here. Our liability for any claim is limited to AUD $100. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last revised.
